Purpose and limits
Custom marketing credit is intended for future ClickSell campaigns. The amount selected for one top-up must be between £5 and £10,000 GBP. Credit is available only after payment is confirmed; pending or failed payments do not increase your balance.
Using your credit
We agree the campaign scope and the amount to be deducted before using your credit. Your account shows posted credits, deductions and refunds. Marketing credit cannot be used to buy a property or make payments to other people.
Unused credit and refunds
You can request a refund of unused available credit through your account or support@clicksellproperty.com. Credit already used and other pending refunds are taken into account. Refund requests are reviewed and approved refunds return through the original payment method. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Availability
Review the marketing balance terms and total amount before authorising a top-up. An existing order remains governed by the terms accepted for that order.
